No. Every site is designed and coded from scratch around your brand. No themes, no page builders, no Squarespace. You own the code when we’re done.
A clear idea of what you offer, rough notes on what goes on each page, and any brand stuff you’ve got (logo, fonts, photos). If you don’t have copy or photos yet, I’ll write the copy and find licensed images. That’s part of the build.
Pro and Growth come with two rounds of revisions in the week after launch. After that, I bill small edits at an hourly rate. No retainers, no minimum. If you want ongoing work for months, that’s what the Growth retainer is for — and it’s optional.
Astro or Next.js, deployed to Netlify (or Vercel if you prefer). Both have free tiers that cover any normal website, so you don’t pay anything monthly to host it. Fast, modern, SEO-friendly. The code is yours — host it anywhere.
No. The build is a one-time fee and you own the site forever. Sites deploy to Netlify’s free tier (or Vercel’s), so there’s no monthly hosting bill. Your only ongoing cost is your domain (about $12/yr). If you’re paying Squarespace, Webflow, or Wix every month, the goal is to end that subscription. The Growth retainer is the only monthly thing I offer, and it’s optional.
